West Paw and Planet dog toys are covered by a one time replacement guarantee, within 45 days of purchase
​Toys are covered for: damage, if the dog doesn't like the toy, if you need a different toy, a different colour or size
  • We can replace, exchange, or refund
  • In any case we need the physical toy back so we can claim back from our supplier
  • We do not cover shipping expenses
  • ​For refunds we only refund the price paid

  • Planet dog Link
  • Planet dog Mazee

Toys sold before this date will still be covered for a one-time replace/exchange or refund.

    REplace / Exchange

    On receipt of your toy, we will supply you with a code so you can purchase your replacement toy

    Refund

    On receipt of the toy, we will refund the purchase price.
