Placing an order
Before you place your order, please ensure that you are ordering the correct size, by measuring your dog and checking those measurements against the measuring charts. Doing this will help cut down on mistakes and avoid having to ship back and forth due to getting a coat, harnesses etc that doesn't fit. If you need help determining what size to get, feel free to contact me and I'll be more than happy to help. Shipping
Is non refundable!
Each product has their own shipping price on the products page, this is the cheapest shipping option, you can choose to pay extra for courier, tracked or signature options please let us know and we will do our best to find the best option that works for you.
Shipping price includes Rural delivery and PO box delivery
Some of product will be dropped shipped, and sent to you directly from our supplier, these items will take around 10days for delivery (no additional shipping charges) but if we have the stock on hand we will send directly to you
International Shipping
My supplier can ship worldwide. International Shipping charges are the same as the domestic shipping charges.
Please be aware that customs charges may be added in customs to international orders. You will be responsible to pay these charges. It varies from country to country how much these charges are. Packages picked out in customs can be delayed significantly, up to two months depending on country, so please be patient.
How to handle returns and exchanges
In case you order the wrong size or the product is just not what you wanted, you will need to return it. (Please make sure you have adjusted/tightened the neckline on coats and overalls before deciding it's too big).

We ask you to return the item as quickly as possible and no later than 10 days after purchase. Refunds will NOT be given after 30 days.
Returns take approx 2 working days to process from we receive them.
You are also more than welcome to place a new order for the item you want, and I will issue a refund for the return when we receive it.
Please ensure that the product you are returning is in new and UNUSED condition, including tags and packaging. All items MUST be clean and unused. Please don't return coats full of dog hair after trying them on or reeking of cigarette smoke. You would not want to receive a coat looking or smelling like that, so please don't expect anyone else to. I will not accept any returns in less than re-sellable condition. Remove all the dog hair with a lint brush/roller or tape. So basically, return the item as you received it. If we receive an item that is not hair free, we will charge a $15 fee per item for cleaning it. If we are not able to get all the hairs out, I will refund only half of the purchase price. The same goes for dirty items, only half of the purchase price will be refunded.
If you are returning an order for a refund, purely due to changing your mind, there will be a $5 restocking fee, plus any shipping will be deducted from the refund. The same goes for if we have given sizing advice which you have chosen to ignore. You will be charged for exchange shipping in these cases.

- Make sure the item is in new and unused condition with all tags attached and ALL hair has been removed from coats after trying them on.
- Add a note to your return package stating what you want instead, i.e. size/colour or refund. Don't forget to include your name and order number.
